It ran like a dream in the adventure race. I especially appreciated the work you did on the brakes; lots of people complained that theirs weren't working properly and mine were solid all day. Just got home now after going the "long way home" and just wanted to let you know the Surly is back to form after the service you did today. My wheel is excellent after your hub service. I had been to another bike shop close to me twice within days with the wheel cones and cassette coming loose after both services (very frustrating and disappointing not to mention waste of money and time) before I came to BMCR. Your service, both personal and mechanical, is unrivalled as far as I’m concerned.
