Bio-Mechanics Cycles & Repairs E.News
JUST THE FACTS, MA'AM.
No rest for the wicked
Bio-Mechanics will be spending this upcoming weekend (November 3 and 4) at the National Series at Eagle MTB Park.

What does that mean for you?  Well, if you're not going to the Nats, please note that the shop will be subsequently closed this Saturday.  (Fear not -- normal 10 am - 3 pm hours resume next week.)
If you are going to the Nats, stop past and say hello!  As with all the races we attend, we'll be offering mechanical support as well as accessories for sale.**

If you have no idea what the Nats actually are, check out all of the details
here.   Come along and see some great XC and downhill riding from local and interstate competitors.  Upon spotting a rider sporting a BMCR jersey (like the poster girl - hi, Jayne!), feel free to lend your bellowed support.  Choice phrases include, "Lookin' good!", "Only three seconds behind!", or the perennial favourite, "PEDAL FASTER!  FAAAAAASTER!"

** We may not take payment in form of beer at first, but it'll probably be a given by Sunday afternoon.

Dear Subscriber,

Just when you'd worked out the whole bi-monthly e.newsletter thing (hint: it means 'every two months', not 'twice a month' - the fingers are willing but the brain is weak), here's a mini e.news out of the blue to confuse the issue!  Let's just call it a bulletin: only two things to note, and then you can get on with your other stuff.

If only everything was this succinct.
Just like election debates.  (Ho ho!  My sides!)
:-)
Congrats, BMCR Roadies!
The BMCR team made a spectacular debut on October 21st at the qualifying round for the Rendition Homes Team Premiership.  With five teams from the previous year already in the series, eight teams were fighting it out for the remaining five places.

We're extremely proud to announce that not only did the BMCR team qualify, they also blitzed the field by 34 points to finish in first place!  Hold your heads high, Tim Rochford, Ben Conroy, Brett Geisler, Daniel Johnston, and Cameron Bowden.  We couldn't have asked for a better result.  *wild applause*

More information on the series can be found on the official website, with the race calendar here.  Spectators, well-wishers, and carbon groupies who want to cheer on the Lean Mean Green Machine... -- sorry, I just had a flashback to a three-wheeler from my childhood... are encouraged to attend!  (Must supply own pom-poms.)
See you with the next full-length e.news in the first week of November.

Keep riding, and stay safe, y'all.  Cheers!
